Location: Caerphilly Area

Type: Permanent

Salary: 50,000K to 55,000 neg

In this newly created role with hybrid working as the norm, you will:

  • Enjoy the focus on HR projects to develop strategies designed to enhance employee experience
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best candidates 
  • Create and implement L&D projects, including the design and delivery of programmes to enhance employee skills, develop career pathways
  • Using coaching style of leadership, support leadership development to increase people management skills also develop resources to promote ongoing learning
  • Further develop performance management process to ensure it really is effective, providing coaching and feedback to management
  • On occasions, when needs of business requires, work collaboratively to ease the HR operational workload
  • Manage complex employee relations matters including complex absence, providing guidance and solutions to management
  • Analyse data to identify trends, generate management reports making recommendations to Senior Leadership Team

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be CIPD Level 5 qualified, ideally Level 7 or equivalent
  • Have excellent experience as a HR generalist and HR best practice ideally within manufacturing
  • Be commercially savvy and enjoy working strategically
  • Have coaching style of leadership with ability to influence others
  • Have sound project management skills
  • Be commercially savvy
  • Have a strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent knowledge of UK employment law
  • Have high level of IT proficiency
