HR Business Partner

A newly created HR Business Partner role which is fully remote working and is initially a 12 month FTC with the very real potential of permanency has been created as a result of ongoing Company growth. Part time working can also be considered. It will suit a HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor looking for the next step to HRBP. HR Business Partner

Type: Contract

Salary: £43,000 - £45,000

  • Enjoy a varied role with responsibility from day one
  • Advise and support managers with complex employee relations – disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance improvement
  • Monitor, review and update all HR policies and procedures, identifying and updating any gaps
  • Provide advice and assistance on policies, procedures and legislation
  • Lead business wide HR projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes
  • Together with advisors and staff, coordinate benefit platforms together with advisors and staff
  • Coordinate and support talent mapping and succession planning processes
  • 3rd party engagement as required with employment lawyers, benefit advisors, occupational health and HR systems support
  • Support monthly payroll process
  • Support and coordinate annual salary review processes
  • Drive staff engagement initiatives
  • Coach and upskill managers
  • Control the annual employee satisfaction survey, identifying any areas of priority and develop action plan
  • Support and coordinate annual pay review processes

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • A CIPD qualification/relevant Degree and is a Graduate
  • Extensive generalist HR experience
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of employment law
  • Sound understanding and awareness of HR best practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail, data accuracy
  • Personable with strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Highly proficient IT skills
