Liz Williams Affiliate CIPD
Liz has always had a keen interest in people. After graduating with a degree in Psychology
and Sociology, she moved into the Zimbabwe Public Service where she worked in various
Ministries before her appointment to a senior position at the Public Services
Board which was followed by a further senior appointment within the Ministry of
Social Affairs.
It was in the early 80s that
Liz made the move into recruitment when she emigrated to South Africa and
successfully established and managed her own recruitment consultancy. At the beginning of 2001, Liz was on the move
once again when she relocated to Wales and joined the newly established Human Resources brand in a large multinational recruitment business. It was Liz's responsibility to help develop and grow the HR Division which she did successfully, making it a top performing
Division within the
UK.
Never one to rest on her laurels and always relishing a new opportunity, Liz has now launched her own niche HR consultancy, HR Spectrum.
