Already a leading Welsh brand with a track record of sustained profitable growth, this is a new role in a busy, rapidly expanding professional services organisation and a pivotal position reporting to the HR Director.  Your proactive approach, 'can do' mindset and natural curiosity will set you on course for this interesting and varied Recruitment Manager position. 

You will play a key role in developing and implementing the recruitment strategy for this new division to ensure a full resourcing service for the organisation.  This will involve reviewing and overseeing recruitment campaigns across the business ensuring a harmonised and consistent approach.  You will also manage projects which include implementing a new on line recruitment system, ensure social media is fully utilised to best advantage and project manage the introduction of an intranet.  You will review and advise on remuneration and reward to maximise attraction and retention of talent.  Revising and updating recruitment, selection and appointment policies, you will maintain consistency throughout.  Analysing market trends, you will keep abreast of changes and practices all the while keeping senior management fully informed and updated.

To secure this role, you will be an established recruitment manager who has led, supported and managed end to end resourcing, managed volume campaigns, created a specific Employer Value Proposition to market roles effectively.  You will also have used social media channels and be totally familiar with managing resourcing activities for a range of roles across all levels and have a good understanding of both direct and indirect sourcing methodologies.  Keen to continue your own development, you will also developing your team of three.
