Part-time HR Business Partners - Swansea

£40 000 to £48 600

Our client is a market leader and household name. Highly successful in their own right, they go from strength to strength each year and have the strategic vision of becoming a top national provider. In their next phase of positive transformation, they require additional resource to support their change programme. We are looking for two innovative and creative part-time HR Business Partners to work either 3 or 3 ½ days a week.  These roles are all about being outward looking, future focussed and using innovative approaches to achieve the organisation's vision. 

Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering you will –

·       Be a HR role model across the business helping to achieve the organisation's strategic vision

·       Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and HR colleagues

·       Collaborate closely with senior management to identify their needs so as to develop a local strategic plan

·       Have a creative and innovative approach to HR with fresh ideas on maximising performance

·       Use continuous improvement as well as a coaching style of leadership to enable line managers to take accountability

·       Challenge stakeholders and teams when necessary

·       Coach and develop managers to have clear and open conversations with their people about their strengths, limitations, development needs and career aspirations so as to develop personal development plans to drive performance

·       Design and deliver training to help achieve this type of culture and performance

We are looking for two well experienced HR Business Partners who -

·       Are ideally CIPD qualified/has the relevant depth and breadth of HR experience

·       Have had a HR career in a large customer focussed environment which has undergone significant change

·       Have used a coaching style of leadership to motivate others to drive performance

·       Have sound business acumen and thrives on culture change

·       Want to make a significant impact on an organisation

·       When confronted with resistance, have held stakeholders and teams to account using professional expertise
