This global, established manufacturer in the Swansea area has a permanent position for an HR Advisor to join their friendly HR team.  This business is a progressive market leader of products that are used in virtually every industry fundamental to our everyday lives.  Providing frontline HR support and reporting to the UK HR Manager, you will –

  • Cover end to end recruitment
  • Co-ordinate on boarding
  • Coach line managers on recruitment, performance and absence management
  • Manage disciplinary, grievance
  • Identify new HR approaches and streamline HR systems
  • Liaise at all levels providing support and advice
  • Conduct training needs analysis as well as organise Training and L&D sessions
  • Co-ordinate Apprenticeship programmes coaching and supporting apprentices and their line manager
  • Generate MI reports.

We are looking for an HR Advisor who -

  • Is CIPD qualified/part qualified
  • Currently works at a HR Advisory level
  • Uses coaching style with leaders on performance management, recruitment and absence
  • Is data driven with excellent IT skills
  • Works well under pressure, enjoys meeting deadlines in a busy work environment
  • Has manufacturing experience.
