The interim HRBP Business Support role is a 12 month fixed term contract, with the potential to go permanent.  This is a vibrant and dynamic organisation whose customers are at the very heart of their business.  They are passionate about providing thriving communities for their people.  To ensure they can deliver the highest quality service, this organisation is looking for an HRBP Business Support who will be responsible for –

  • Leading and modernising the recruitment process to ensure the attraction and retention of high calibre candidates/applicants
  • Developing and improving the HRIS or recommending a change
  • Ensuring pay and reward remains attractive to colleagues
  • Analysing HR data to determine relevant trends using MI reporting
  • Managing contracts and SLAs to ensure the procurement process is value for money
  • Managing a team of 4 direct reports
  • Supporting HRBPs by –
    • Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and other colleagues
    • Coaching and developing managers to manage and lead colleagues successfully
    • Managing change by supporting restructures, redundancies and redeployment.

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who has –

  • A relevant CIPD qualification
  • Successfully delivered customer focused services in a complex and challenging environment
  • Produced MI reports and made recommendations to assist the business in decision making to create a high performing culture
  • Sound experience of leading and managing change so as to create a culture of continuous improvement
  • Successfully developed positive relationships with the Unions
  • A Leadership style of coaching to support performance management and influence successful outcomes.
