A fast moving manufacturer, they are seeking an HR Advisor who will contribute to the growth of the business. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will –
· Manage end to end recruitment and on boarding· Provide support to management on all areas of recruitment, employee relations, absence, analysing data to recognise trends and implement strategies to avoid negative impact on business
· Advise management on employment legislation, monitor and review policies and procedures, assisting develop new ones in line with current legislation
· Monitor absence, overtime and holidays. Support management by analysing data trends and devising practices that will counter any issues with absence
· Uphold HR best practice by challenging, directing, supporting and influencing others across the business· Support organisational change and resource planning· Generate MI reports - headcount, absence, overtime, and turnover
CIPD qualified / working towards your qualification, you will have significant experience of working within HR Operations, ideally within a manufacturing/fast paced background. An analytical professional who has an eye for detail, you will be an excellent communicator who works well alongside others, using your initiative to complete tasks to a high-standard. The ability to advise clearly and influence others by being a reliable professional who meets all objectives set. A solid knowledge of employment law is essential as well as a high level of IT proficiency.
