This is a newly created stand alone HR Business Partner role in a dynamic global company located in the Vale of Glamorgan.  They’re experiencing high growth set to continue over the next 12 months and beyond. With their focus on becoming better, smarter and more innovative than ever before they are now seeking to appoint their first HR practitioner - an HR Business Partner who will support the management team and have the much sought after opportunity to mould HR.   A collaborative team player with a strong Payroll/HR Administration background and a keen eye for detail, you will –

·         Provide broad HR support to the management team, covering all global HR requirements

·         Manage varying employment contracts – terminations, allowances, transfers between entities, restrictive covenants

·         Manage mergers and acquisitions to include all on boarding

·         Handle TUPEs and off boarding

·         Support management in all ER matters

·         Support a globally dispersed, mobile workforce employed on diverse contracts

·         Co-ordinate multiple global payrolls ensuring accuracy and timely remuneration

·         Liaise with payroll providers to ensure all processes and taxes are compliant with local regulations

·         Drive and implement process improvements to increase HR efficiency and effectiveness

·         Participate in HR projects and ad hoc assignments

·         Provide all HR metrics

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner who has –

·         Experience of working in a fast paced commercial organisations, ideally with international exposure

·         Sound experience in all HR generalist functions

·         Depth of HR experience in Payroll, HR administration, Employment contracts

·         Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to look beyond what is asked, interpreting requirements and creating solutions to meet business needs

·         Supported a globally dispersed, mobile workforce employed on varying contracts

·         Excellent IT skills
