We are delighted to be working in partnership with this iconic brand.  The Senior HR Business Partner role can be based either in Cardiff or Swansea and will cover the South Wales area.  With almost £5 billion committed to their UK Operations, the organisation has made a huge investment in its operational transformation and culture change.  Adding strength to their existing HR team, they are appointing a Senior HR Business Partner.  Reporting to the HR Director, you will –

 

·         Champion cultural change and Group values

·         Business partner with senior managers, supporting the People Plan

·         As key HR lead and consultant, coach senior leadership team to manage business issues aligned to the People Plan

·         Deliver an improved operational management capability

·         As the IR expert, coach and advise senior managers to ensure their plans are well thought through and commercially sound

·         Implement Talent and Resourcing plans in the various business areas supporting them with plans and activities to retain, attract and successfully on-board talent

·         Coach senior operational team on attendance management

·         Work collaboratively with Centre of Excellence and HR Senior Leadership teams to enhance business performance and engagement

 

We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who has –

·         Degree or equivalent and is ideally CIPD qualified

·         Multi-site experience and has operated in a highly unionised environment

·         Excellent influencing skills, able to establish strong relationships

·         Strong track record of excellent stakeholder management as a business partner

·         Proven leadership style that motivates and so ensures continued growth and success
