Looking to work from home?  You have a passion for L&D?  Seeking a progressive, dynamic business that’s moving with the times where you will an unlimited opportunity to develop your L&D career and shape the L&D function?  Look no further than to this rapidly growing business now ready to implement the next phase of its business strategy and set up the L&D function.  Progressive and dynamic, this company wants its employees to achieve and exceed their potential and, to this end, has a newly created position for an experienced Learning Development Coordinator.  Working in the HR team within a professional environment, you will deliver high quality training for all new starters and current staff, which includes onboarding, supporting technology training needs and delivering outstanding quality and customer service experience.  Now at the start up of its L&D function, as Learning Development Coordinator, you will:

·       Coordinate and own onboarding process to ensure new starters feel welcome, informed, and connected to colleagues and the business

·       Partner with business leaders to identify L&D requirements across the business

·       Support recently launched Professional Development Programme to support excellent customer service, talent mapping and staff development

·       Conduct skills gap analysis and deliver bespoke workshops

·       Coordinate Talent Programmes - eg People Management Toolkits, 360 Feedback, Development Programmes

·       Coordinate development, delivery and evaluation of L&D programmes

·       Drive culture of continuous professional development and source appropriate training

·       Coordinate Talent and Succession planning

·       Establish IiP and accreditation process

·       Coordinate Graduate and Apprentice programmes, liaise with Universities and Colleges, build talent pipeline

·       Ad hoc project work


To succeed in this role, you will:

·       Have worked in a fast changing highly professional environment, delivering high quality courses

·       Degree qualified, ideally with a post graduate qualification/part or fully CIPD qualified/have recognised training qualification

·       Expertise in and experience of development and delivery of excellent training courses

·       A flexible, highly energetic approach with the ability to thrive in a fast changing business with a collaborative, high delivery culture

·       Track record in delivering excellent staff outcomes using training and building online communities

·       Capable of supporting HR functions as well as training requirements

·       Have worked using online courses, supporting online communities

·       Have a good understanding of communication tools – eg Teams

·       Highly tech savvy with excellent level of IT proficiency essential

·       Enjoy working remotely
