This role can be based either in Carmarthen or Swansea. Our client is a highly respected public sector organisation with multi-site operations across Wales and England. Well known for their people centric ethos, you can look forward to working in a friendly culture with strong values where people really do count. While this role initially focuses on HR Projects, it will ultimately become generalist HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will:

Develop an Equality Framework
Review and create relevant Equality policies ensuring the organisation is compliant with latest legislation
Develop a Wellbeing strategy ensuring relevant policies are up-to-date
Overhaul recruitment process and launching new recruitment policy, process and procedure supporting introduction of a bilingual recruitment system, ensuring business complies with requirements of Welsh Language Standards
Ultimately, take on generalist HRBP responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

Full fluency in written and spoken Welsh
Generalist HR experience
Some Equality experience is essential
