HR Advisor to HR Manager. Take charge of your career and bring your all round HR generalist experience to this well established company. Located on the outskirts of Cardiff, this company works in the forefront of technology and, as part of their succession planning, is appointing a HR Advisor who can expect to move up to HR Manager. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will join an energetic HR team and have responsibility for:
· End to end recruitment and selection as well as organising induction
· Employee relations – investigations, disciplinary and grievance (not many – it’s not that type of environment)
· Assisting with any change initiatives, site re-organisations
· Maintain up to date policies, identifying and updating any gaps
· Identify training requirements in line with individual development plans
· Coaching and upskilling managers
· Control the annual Employee Satisfaction Survey, identify any areas of priority and develop action plan
· Assist with TUPE transfers
· Support annual pay review and annual bonus processes
· Partner with the business to develop strategy for HR projects and their implementation
· Deputise for HR Manager
We are looking for a candidate with:
· CIPD qualification or relevant Degree
· Sound all round experience as either HR Advisor/HR Officer essential
· A proactive, organised approach, someone who can influence those over whom they do not have direct authority
· Proficient with HR Management Systems, Analytics and KPI reporting
· High level of IT literacy
