HR Business Partner

Working within a busy HR team and located either in Swansea or Carmarthen, you will partner with talented people who not only enjoy doing a great job but also have a passion for excellence and thrive on collaborating with colleagues. Salary: c£45,000
- Work closely within your designated area, influencing and developing relationships with senior leaders and line managers
- Provide professional advice and/or coaching on HR lifecycle processes enabling managers to achieve through their people
- Co-ordinate recruitment and on-boarding processes to maintain a buoyant talent pipeline
- Assist in design, delivery and evaluation of training to develop managers and leadership team
- Advise and support managers on employee casework
- Manage complex ER issues advising managers on organisation’s policies
- Advise on change management including restructures and succession planning
- Lead on strategic HR projects relevant to client area, implementing specific people strategies
- Undertake project work on policy/procedure development when Employment Law is changed to ensure UK legal compliance
- Keep abreast of developments in employment legislation and case law, ensuring managers are appropriately briefed on relevant changes and new legislation and participate in training managers on employment procedures
We are looking for a candidate who is:
- CIPD qualified
- Well experienced at advising at a senior HR level
- Managed complex case work including disciplinary, grievance performance and capability
- In depth experience of people management approaches across entire employee life cycle
- Has advised at a senior level on all aspects of people management
- Led significant HR Projects
- Managed complex casework - disciplinary, grievance, performance and capability
- Excellent influencing, relationship building and negotiating skills
