Type: Permanent
Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 (can stretch to £80,000 for exceptional candidate)
Operating as a business partner for each departmental manager, you will:
- Have responsibility for 2 sites in close proximity, oversee the recruitment cycle, manage disciplinaries, develop policies and procedures
- Lead performance management
- Be a role model for change, building key relationships to support and drive change through HR and other business areas
- Lead HR projects
- Manage relationship with the Unions (which are positive)
- Liaise with Finance to deliver annual people budget and forecast
- Manage a team
We are keen to hear from candidates who have:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Sound experience in leading a HR function and developing a team
- Excellent track record of developing, supporting and managing relationships at a senior level
- Project management experience
- Sound Union experience
- Strong business acumen, problem solving skills flexible to wider business challenges
- Liaise with international colleagues
