Located in the Bridgend area, this organisation has come out to market for a Talent Acquisition Manager dedicated to sourcing talent for their businesses across the UK. Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Swansea area

Type: Permanent

Salary: £37,000 - £45,000

  • Develop firm relationships with key internal customers to gain a full understanding of business requirements
  • Handle a small portfolio of Senior Manager vacancies
  • Working with a team of experienced consultants, you will manage the day to day recruitment requirements
  • Partner with senior managers to plan their hiring needs/requirements including their graduate, intern and apprentice needs
  • Where appropriate, support Advisors in delivering line management and HR training in the use of recruitment tools, processes and techniques
  • Monitor assessment centres and develop specific selection methods when necessary
  • Maintain existing relationships with external organisations, universities, colleges, schools as a source talent
  • Understanding the Employer Brand, use social media to enhance initiatives
  • Champion the company brand and Employer Value Proposition both internally, on social media and within the community
  • Make recommendations to streamline and improve processes

We are looking for a recruitment professional who has:

  • A strong agency background
  • End to end resourcing experience
  • Strong influencing skills and credibility to liaise at a senior level
  • Sound experience in all aspects of candidate attraction including onboarding and all social media platforms
  • Delivered recruitment training – interview skills, induction
  • Generated data analytics – cost to hire, time to hire, quality of hire etc and relevant reports
  • Strong IT skills, has used ATS systems, the full Microsoft Suite and is highly proficient in all aspects of social media
