Recruitment Lead
Exciting times lie ahead for our client, highly respected as a global market leader, as they expand and require a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to support their growth. Sourcing high quality candidates, you will take full responsibility for the recruitment process across the UK, ensuring a long term talent pipeline. As a member of their Group Recruitment Specialist team, you will liaise closely with the Global Team, contributing to global recruitment projects and rolling them out across the UK. This role can be part-time and has hybrid working.

Salary: up to £45,000
Reporting to the UK HR Manager, you will:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and search/headhunt to source skilled candidates, when required
- Actively be involved in the hiring manager’s recruitment campaigns
- Coach, guide, support and challenge managers on all aspects of recruitment
- Participate in strategic workforce planning so as to understand the right level of resources and identify future competency needs
- Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process for both candidate and company
- Monitor KPIs, produce MI reports
- Keep well abreast of current global and local recruitment market trends
- Be innovative and creative in finding ways to reach a broad and wide market of candidates
- Consistently maximise the employer brand to be immediately recognisable with a positive impact
- Build relationships with universities, organise Career Fairs
- Support Diversity and Inclusion agenda within scope of responsibility
We are looking for a candidate who is:
- CIPD qualified
- Well experienced as an In house/recruitment agency worker
- Successful in sourcing candidates direct via search/head hunting
- Competent in using assessment tools
- Successful track record of driving recruitment agenda
- Experienced user of global ATS
- Proficient in MS Office and IT savvy
