HR Adviser
A trusted employer with a first class reputation, our client has a newly created HR Advisor role which can be based either in Carmarthen or Swansea. Salary: £34,000 to £38,000 per annum
- Provide support for the HRBP team by taking responsibility for specific areas of HR administration and processes
- Be ‘go to’ person providing 1st line HR support and advice on employment law to employees and line management on maternity/paternity/parental leave, flexible working policies and processes
- Support continuous improvement reviewing development and guidance of HR processes and procedures
- Lead recruitment administration
- Lead on policy development, reviewing existing policies and developing new ones ensuring best practice, presenting at meetings, preparing briefs for line managers and facilitating training sessions
- Provide advice on terms and conditions
- Support HR Business Partner team on significant projects such as restructuring, annual regrading process and sickness absence management
We are looking for a candidate who is:

We are looking for a candidate who is:
- Educated to Degree level or significant HR experience and CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Well experienced in HR policy development as well as guiding and briefing managers
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organised with good time management skills, well able to meet deadlines essential
- Sound experience of HR policy development and associated
- Significant experience and knowledge of advising on a range of HR processes and policies
- Good understanding of Employment Law and its application to HR policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of HR management information systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including writing policies, guidance and professional HR advice
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office suite and HR Systems
