HR Business Partner

- Drive the people agenda to deliver their strategy
- Using a coaching style of leadership, provide guidance on talent management, performance management, employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion
- Lead and oversee the entire recruitment cycle for your area
- Together with managers, resolve employee relations issues, grievances, disciplinary, performance and conduct
- Conduct investigations, hearings and appeals as required
- Advise and coach managers and employees on the interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures and employment law
- Champion the learning agenda and ensure participation in relevant programmes for individuals depending on their performance and potential. Support the line manager to carry out the development activities identified in the plans in terms of formal training and work place activities
- Deliver training sessions to line managers on all relevant aspects of the HR annual cycle
- Using HR data analysis and evidence to inform and drive decision making to ensure continuous improvement across your business area
- Advise and coach managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment law
- Challenge existing HR ways of working to maximise efficiencies across all day to day activities
We are looking for a candidate:
- Educated to Degree level and/or HR experience and CIPD qualification
- Experienced in leading HR projects and change initiatives
- Seasoned in managing and resolving employee relations issues across areas of disciplinary, grievance, absence management, flexible working, appeals
- Current knowledge of HR trends, best practices, legal developments
- Flexible and agile able to adapt to changing business needs
- Proactive, detailed, and results-orientated
- Excellent communicator with good listening and analytical skills
