We are seeking an experienced Strategic Senior HR Business Partner to lead and support managers through a significant period of organisational change. This is a key role focusing on providing strategic HR leadership to ensure the restructuring activity is delivered in a fair, compliant and people centred way while maintaining operational continuity. Working closely with senior leadership and operational managers, the successful candidate will:

Salary: £75.000 - £100,000
- Guide managers through consultation processes, including collective and individual consultation whenever applicable
- Ensure all activities comply with employment law, organisational policy and best practice
- Coach and support managers in handling complex people matters sensitively and effectively
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support employment engagement and minimise disruption
- Collaborate with leadership to communicate change clearly and effectively across the organisation
- Identify and mitigate employee risks during the transition period
- Work closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment across the organisation
- Provide insight and reporting to senior leadership on progress, risks and outcomes of the restructure
We are looking for a candidate who:
- FCIPD qualification/relevant qualification
- Significant experience in a senior HR Business partnering role, ideally at strategic or director level interface
- Strong commercial acumen, resilience and the ability to navigate complex people issues while maintaining trust and engagement across the organisation
- Demonstrable experience leading organisational restructuring and complex change programmes
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law particularly in relation to consultation and redundancy programmes
- Proven ability to coach and influence senior managers through challenging people decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience of managing employee relations risk during organisational change
