Part time HR Operatiions Manager

They are seeking a well experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee their core HR processes on a part time basis. This role will ideally suit a hands-on well experienced HR generalist who thoroughly enjoys immersing themselves in a business and partnering with middle managers. Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 actual salary
- With the assistance of the HR Administrator, lead and manage day to day HR operations across the employee life cycle – onboarding, performance management, development, offboarding, training needs, PDPs, PIPs, disciplinary, grievance
- Take the lead on recruitment, including the occasional international positions
- Ensure HR policies, processes and documentation are compliant with relevant employment legislation
- Forge good relationships with external Stakeholders eg Welsh Government to maximise support for training
- Build close working relationships with key internal stakeholders at senior manager level
- Bring fresh ideas to existing processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement
The successful candidate will have:
- Ideally Chartered MCIPD
- Sound knowledge of UK Employment Law including recent and forthcoming changes
- Confident in handling case management especially sensitive sickness, grievance of disciplinary
- Produced or implemented KPIs, produced HR departmental trackers
- Understanding of Ai tools
- Experience of Employer of Record used to employ people in other countries
- Sound knowledge and use of MS 365, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter
