As they continue to evolve and deliver strategic priorities, they are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join them immediately and provide high impact support to their managers and senior leaders.

Reporting to the HR Director, the Interim HR Business Partner will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, delivering operational HR support during a period of organisational change. You will be part of a collaborative, values driven environment committed to continuous improvement and excellence. This is a hands on role requiring strong commercial acumen, sound judgement, and the ability to influence at executive level. You will:
- Partner closely with senior leaders and managers to align people strategy with organisation’s objectives
- Provide expert guidance on all aspects of organisational change, including change management such as restructures, service redesign, workforce planning, and consultation processes
- Lead and support complex employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management, and senior-level investigations
- Coach and build the capability of senior managers to confidently address people challenges, fostering accountability and effective decision-making
- Contribute to the design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership and management development programmes
- Lead on HR projects
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice throughout all people-related activities
The successful candidate will:
- Have CIPD qualification (Level 7 or equivalent experience) preferred
- Be an experienced HR Business Partner with a proven track record of operating within complex environments
- Have significant experience assisting with organisational change, restructures and redundancies end-to-end
- Have strong expertise in complex employee relations and employment law
