Senior HR Business Partner
The role is a 12 month FTC with hybrid working. It can also be part time.
We are seeking a well experienced Senior HR Business Partner to coordinate a restructure for an outstanding organisation as it moves into a significant period of organisational change.

Salary: £60,000 - £67,500
This role is the key point of contact for the entire restructure and requires a HR Professional with a solid understanding of all aspects associated with restructuring activity ensuring the reorganisation is clearly communicated and delivered in a fair, consistent, legally compliant and people centred while maintaining operational continuity.
Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will have:
- FCIPD or relevant qualification
- Significant experience in a Senior HRBP role which includes hands on restructuring experience
- Proven experience leading organisational restructuring and complex change management
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law particularly in relation to consultation and redundancy programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
