HR Business Partner

Salary: £38,000 to £45,000
- Enjoy working autonomously, using your initiative and making your own decisions
- Accountable for your own site and be first point of contact for managers and employees for all HR and people matters
- Support site recruitment when necessary
- Provide a range of HR services supporting, advising and coaching line managers on ER matters including performance management, absence, grievances and disciplinaries
- Deliver training to line management on HR practice
- Ensure consistency in implementing all HR practices and procedures across your site
- Lead monthly staff forum meetings ensuring communication across the workforce
- Oversee all personnel file administration ensuring strict legal compliance
- Assist with ongoing key HR projects – staff engagement, wellbeing
- Provide weekly MI reports on absence, engagement, turnover
We are looking for a candidate:
- CIPD qualified
- Ideally has manufacturing experience
- Confidently seeks to use their initiative and make their own decisions
- Builds strong working relationships
- Good understanding of Employment Law
- Has credibility to be recognised as the main point of contact for providing HR advice and guidance
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organised with good time management skills, well able to meet deadlines
- Excellent IT skills
