HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner

Location: Usk, Monmouthshire

Type: Contract

Salary: 46,000

  • Enjoy your own assigned area to drive performance through the people
  • Work in partnership with managers to establish trusted relationships
  • Build and maintain effective relations with Trade Unions
  • Provide expert advice across the full range of HR activity
  • Ensure development of effective people plans
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are understood and embedded
  • Support organisational change and advise on all areas of change management such as restructures and culture change
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Provide high standard of customer service

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree equivalent, CIPD Level 7/working towards or proven experience
  • Strong HR Generalist experience essential
  • Advised senior managers on all areas of people management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Employment Law and its practical application in workplace
  • Managed complex casework and full understanding of potential risk to business
  • Driven significant HR projects
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Sound IT skills – Office 365, HR systems
