Learning and Development Advisor
Passionate about L&D? Looking to work from home? Seeking a progressive, professional business that moves with the times, one where you will contribute to and drive the L&D strategy? This role will work with Heads of Departments and Senior Managers supporting their teams’ development. Reporting to the CEO and working within the HR team, the L&D Advisor will deliver high quality training for all new starters and existing/current employees including onboarding, supporting technology training needs and supporting any other cross function HR activities as required.
Salary: Up to £35,000
UK HR Manager
Located in Monmouthshire and recognised as an industry leader with operations in the Americas, Europe and Asia and, with a strong financial performance and proven business strategy that recognises the value HR brings commercially through its people, our client is seeking to support their further growth by appointing a UK HR Manager.
Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 (can stretch to £80,000 for exceptional candidate)
Organisational Development Partner
As the world of work continues to evolve rapidly, our client, a leading organisation and key player in the Welsh marketplace has created a new OD Partner role. The role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to and shape the People Plan which is currently being developed to support their business strategy for the next decade. You will help shape the OD agenda from the outset and influence future work opportunities both in the UK and globally. The role can be 4 days a week or full time and is 50/50 hybrid working.
